Electric summer people (highway one deviation 3)

about

Part three of this epic saga takes us to a roadside bar, where our hero has a somewhat cynical take on the lifestyles of a certain crew of vacationers. Happens to us all from time to time, I'm sure. Extant existentialism, or latent nihilism? Either way, we're not standing on the shore this time - rather standing on the side of a highway, with a tear in the corner of our eye as we stare into the middle distance, waiting for.....something, anything.

Was that an eagle flying overhead? It may well have been. And we should also kick the dirt a couple of times, scatter some dust. It will appear more epic in post when we slow the footage down. It's important to have a plan.

This one (like part two) was built on an improvised piece recorded by Joel Dolben and myself at the beginning of this year.
